Salary: $198,000–$264,000

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of commercial lawyers supporting the Americas sales organization.
• Serve as primary legal counsel and trusted advisor to the VP of Americas GFO to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Provide hands-on support for complex commercial transactions, including SaaS, IaaS, and professional services agreements.
• Develop and improve repeatable playbooks, templates, and policies to increase deal velocity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, Privacy, and Finance teams to manage risk and resolve deal obstacles.
• Partner with the broader legal organization on cross-initiatives and best practices.

Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, specifically negotiating complex commercial technology agreements.
• Demonstrated experience managing and coaching a team of commercial lawyers in a high-growth environment.
• Strong business judgment and ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
