Compensation: $235,000 – $285,000 base salary, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead global customer negotiations, drafting, and deal management for complex software, SaaS, and professional services transactions.
• Partner with sales leadership to align business requirements, manage deal pipelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide effective counsel on business strategy, products, and operations while managing compliance and risk.
• Support commercial transactions and M&A integration activities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance teams to address transaction-specific considerations.
• Drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives, including legal enablement and training.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar admission.
• 15+ years of legal experience in technology business and transactional law.
• 10+ years of direct experience negotiating large-scale enterprise software and SaaS transactions.
• Prior in-house legal experience is required.
• Expertise in commercial models including licensing, SaaS, and partner/alliance agreements.
• Strong understanding of global legal considerations, including IP rights, data privacy, and cross-border transactions.
