Location: Must be based in the UK or the US. Hybrid role requiring in-office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate complex enterprise commercial agreements including MSAs, SLAs, and DPAs.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to unblock deals and manage high-volume contract workflows.
• Advise product, engineering, and security teams on legal implications of AI features and user privacy.
• Develop and maintain negotiation playbooks and fallback positions to accelerate deal cycles.
• Support corporate strategic projects, including fundraising and international market expansion.
• Ensure alignment with evolving data privacy regulations and cross-border data transfer requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with relevant training from a top law firm.
• Minimum 3 years of PQE in commercial law.
• Proven expertise in negotiating and closing complex, high-volume SaaS agreements.
• Demonstrable experience with GDPR, SCCs, and international compliance frameworks.
• Ability to operate with independence and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the UK or US and able to work in the office 3 days per week.
