Salary: $238,000 - $270,000

What you will do

• Partner with sales, finance, and security teams to support high-velocity deal cycles.
• Draft and negotiate outbound commercial, SaaS, DPA, and AI-specific agreements.
• Provide dedicated legal support and creative problem-solving for the StackAI business.
• Lead the commercial legal integration for newly acquired businesses and technology.
• Develop and scale internal legal playbooks and scalable frameworks to drive deal velocity.
• Monitor global laws and regulatory shifts to adapt internal legal guidelines.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and active membership in a U.S. state bar association.
• 6+ years of legal practice with significant in-house experience at a technology company.
• Proven track record supporting sales organizations on complex outbound revenue transactions.
• Experience or strong familiarity with post-acquisition commercial legal integration.
• Expertise in SaaS agreements, DPAs, BAAs, and AI terms.
• Must be based in the United States.
