What you will do

• Lead senior legal strategy for complex commercial transactions, including enterprise SaaS and API developer platform agreements.
• Negotiate high-impact arrangements for strategic customers, focusing on AI infrastructure, model licensing, and usage-based pricing.
• Advise executive leadership on international expansion, go-to-market models, and emerging AI regulations.
• Build and scale the commercial legal function by designing negotiation playbooks and scalable contracting processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to enable efficient decision-making and revenue growth.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 10+ years of legal experience in commercial transactions for high-growth technology companies.
• Deep expertise in negotiating complex enterprise SaaS, API platform, and technology licensing agreements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to build scalable legal processes and mentor junior legal professionals.
