Salary: $134,000–$179,000

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial technology agreements including SaaS, IaaS, and data processing contracts.
• Partner with Global Field Organization teams to drive enterprise sales cycles and customer transactions.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, privacy, and commercial risks with practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Manage multiple concurrent transactions while balancing legal risk and operational efficiency.
• Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and policies to support rapid business growth.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on specialized legal matters as needed.

Requirements

• JD degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm focusing on commercial technology transactions.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
• Experience negotiating complex customer agreements including SaaS, IaaS, and cloud services.
• Proven ability to identify and address data protection and privacy issues in commercial transactions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships.
