What you will do

• Manage transportation execution and provider relationships at local and regional levels.
• Drive performance in key metrics including safety, on-time delivery, and digital compliance.
• Conduct training sessions for providers on policies, procedures, and system changes.
• Partner with Operations leadership to reduce reroutes, missed trips, and member abrasion.
• Utilize data across multiple systems to identify root causes of network issues and implement solutions.
• Manage projects to enhance carrier service and technology adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to travel 70% of the time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Familiarity with all aspects of non-emergency transportation brokerage.
