Manager, Market And Industry Solutions (Fintech)

Location: Based in Chicago, IL. Hybrid schedule (in-office Tue-Thu). Not open to remote candidates.

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 USD + 15% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Act as the primary subject matter expert on futures proprietary trading operations and business models for internal teams and partners.
• Synthesize market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product roadmaps and partner strategies.
• Lead and develop a team of market and industry solutions specialists, including hiring and performance management.
• Collaborate with Business Development to shape solutions that drive partner success and business growth.
• Translate partner and customer needs into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Manage team KPIs and report progress to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in futures trading, proprietary trading firms, or related fintech environments.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring and developing direct reports.
• Deep understanding of prop firm business models, evaluation structures, and risk frameworks.
• Experience working with B2B or B2B2C partner ecosystems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL to support the hybrid work model.

• Direct experience working within or advising a futures prop trading firm.
• Experience supporting product or platform development in trading environments.
• Experience contributing to industry-focused go-to-market efforts.
