Business Lead (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY; relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF may be available if needed

Salary: $160,000–$275,000 target base salary annually, plus equity; final compensation depends on location and hiring level.

What you will do

• Set the strategy for a new product, including target customers, value proposition, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market approach.
• Own business goals, measure progress, and take corrective action when results are off track.
• Drive cross-functional execution by aligning stakeholders around priorities and measurable goals.
• Work with customers and convert feedback into product and go-to-market improvements.
• Identify resource needs, create repeatable processes, and transition mature work to long-term teams.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in highly analytical, business-driving roles.
• Exceptional analytical skills and strong command of data.
• Systems-thinking ability and experience building scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to execute independently in an urgent, high-ownership environment.
