Head of Product - Interfaces (AI)

Location: San Francisco, New York, Portland, or remote within Canada or the United States

Salary: US employees: $289,700–$362,100 USD base salary; Canadian employees: $273,800–$342,200 CAD base salary. Total rewards also include equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Set product direction across Dashboard, Mobile, Command, API, and MCP based on customer needs and the role of each surface.
• Lead, coach, hire, and develop the product management team, including ownership, org design, and performance management.
• Shape AI-powered products that help customers complete financial work and make AI dependable for consequential money-related actions.
• Improve financial product experiences across devices and workflows, including navigation, tasks, notifications, and agent interactions.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, research, and product teams to evaluate behavior, investigate failures, and improve quality.
• Connect banking, Spend, Books, Payroll, and other products through shared customer experiences while balancing immediate needs with platform investments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of direct product management experience, including 5+ years leading product managers.
• Experience hiring, coaching, designing organizations, and managing performance.
• Track record of shipping valuable products and clearly explaining product decisions and contributions.
• Substantial practical experience building and evaluating AI products, including understanding failures and applying lessons learned.
• Strong product judgment, design quality standards, technical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear direction, sequence releases, use customer evidence, and own outcomes beyond a narrow product remit.
