Product Manager - Risk Experiences (Fintech)

Location: Remote-first role associated with offices in Draper, Utah, and San Jose, California. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $117,900–$141,500 USD for the San Jose-based role; $100,200–$120,300 USD for the Draper, Utah-based role.

What you will do

• Own a defined area of the Risk Experiences and Risk Central roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Design customer-facing verification, document collection, hold, review notification, and self-service resolution flows.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, success metrics, rollout plans, and half-year roadmap proposals.
• Partner with engineering, design, risk operations, customer support, and risk strategy to prioritize improvements and deliver launches.
• Consolidate legacy case workflows into Risk Central and improve analyst queues and case-management workflows.
• Track verification completion, resolution time, support contact rate, review time, error rates, queue backlog, fraud loss, and false positives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product management experience shipping software with engineering and design teams.
• Experience owning features or workflows end to end and improving customer-facing multi-step experiences.
• Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and rollout plans.
• Experience using data to size problems and measure outcomes, including SQL, Tableau, or Mixpanel.
• Strong written communication and experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and other partners.
• Curiosity about fraud, risk, payments, and how analysts and customers experience risk decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with onboarding, identity verification, KYC/KYB, trust and safety, or SMB products.
• Experience building case-management or queue-based tools for operations, support, or risk analysts.
• Background in fintech, payments, fraud, identity, or risk products.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agent-based workflows.
