Senior Product Manager, Risk (Fintech)

Location: Mountain View, United States; hybrid position requiring in-office work two days per week

Base salary: $229,000–$280,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Expand the Risk Platform and develop products addressing credit, fraud, and risk/fraud operations.
• Define product strategy, uncover insights, and drive execution from discovery through delivery.
• Lead engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts in scaling products for community members.
• Set OKRs and success metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous product improvement.
• Use user research, data analytics, experiments, and AI-enabled workflows to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop risk management strategies and communicate product vision, roadmaps, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in Product Management.
• Fluent use of AI tools for research synthesis, specification writing, prototyping, and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, cross-functional leadership, and execution skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for credit and fraud risk management.
• Ability to work in Mountain View with in-office attendance two days per week.

• Previous experience in fintech and payments.
• Familiarity with operational risk management in the financial sector.
