What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and maximize margins.
• Build and maintain a scalable vendor network and a rigorous vetting process.
• Curate commercially compelling product catalogs and lookbooks for sales teams.
• Manage procurement and order tracking, collaborating with warehouse and logistics partners for global fulfillment.
• Establish and evolve SOPs to continuously improve procurement and order management workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products.
• Proven track record in vendor management and price negotiation.
• Proficiency with promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, or Netsuite.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
• Must be based in the US (Eastern Time Zone or New York Metro Area).
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
