Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Manage sourcing and purchasing activities for internal business functions and evaluate suppliers via RFx processes.
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, contract renewals, and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships while monitoring supplier performance.
• Execute vendor setup and issue purchase orders using NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Finance to coordinate contract renewals and vendor onboarding.
• Track procurement metrics and prepare routine spend reporting to identify efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of contract structures, software licensing, and vendor lifecycle management.
• Experience with Excel and basic spend analysis.
• Must be eligible for US-based benefits (401k, US Federal Holidays).

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
• Experience supporting corporate functions within a technology, SaaS, or software environment.
• Experience managing indirect spend categories.
