Sr. Manager, Production Sourcing

What you will do

• Lead sourcing initiatives across below-the-line physical production categories to deliver cost savings and cost avoidance.
• Partner with Production teams from pre-production through execution and provide real-time sourcing support.
• Develop category strategies using spend data, market insights, and supplier benchmarking.
• Lead RFPs and RFIs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Drive adoption of preferred suppliers and negotiated agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, service quality, compliance, and savings reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in sourcing, procurement, production operations, or a related field.
• Advanced negotiation skills across complex categories with analytical cost structures.
• Experience managing suppliers and contracts, with strong financial acumen and savings analysis expertise.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work from the Universal City office at least four days per week under the hybrid schedule.

• Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments.
