Salary: $117,200–$143,200 target annually.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for indirect spend, focusing on technology, SaaS, and professional services.
• Develop negotiation strategies that align business objectives with enterprise priorities to optimize cost and performance.
• Manage competitive sourcing events, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for multi-million-dollar initiatives.
• Leverage spend analytics and market intelligence to build and optimize category strategies.
• Negotiate commercial terms and business agreements in collaboration with Legal and Vendor Risk teams.
• Partner with Finance, Information Security, and Privacy teams to ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, and SLAs.
• Expertise in developing sourcing strategies using spend analytics and market research.
• Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Specialized experience sourcing cloud services or SaaS.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPSD, CPM, or CSCP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
