Salary: $135,000 per year plus annual bonus

What you will do
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle for enterprise goods and services, including requisitions, purchase orders, renewals, terminations, and asset tracking.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, Legal, Information Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to validate requirements, budgets, approvals, and technical standards.
- Lead sourcing activities, including RFIs, RFPs, vendor evaluations, competitive quotes, and price comparisons.
- Support contract negotiations covering pricing, terms, service-level agreements, renewals, and vendor performance.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through consolidation, renegotiation, and vendor optimization.
- Improve procurement processes and automation while maintaining strong operational governance.
Requirements
- Must work from Dallas, Texas, on a hybrid in-office/work-from-home schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Experience with enterprise procurement or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or Workday.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to support security assessments, data privacy reviews, financial risk checks, legal requirements, and audit documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience in large enterprises or regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, finance, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of sourcing, due diligence, security, and compliance governance.
- CPSM, CSCP, or ITIL Foundation certification.
