What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for North American logistics categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies to improve cost, service, and business continuity.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing events, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and contract awards.
• Build strong supplier relationships and drive performance through continuous improvement.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing to align sourcing strategies.
• Analyze spend and market trends to identify savings opportunities and mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Minnesota, USA.
• 2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or logistics.
• Proven experience leading RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and supplier negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using ERP systems.

• Experience within the manufacturing or industrial industry.
• Specific expertise in transportation, freight, or supply chain procurement.
• Deep experience managing complex supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
