What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring all deadlines and output KPIs are met.
• Manage budget tracking by updating project trackers and ensuring adherence to budget tiering plans per market.
• Perform quality control on creator sourcing and content before it is delivered to the client.
• Support the Associate Director with client communications, agenda creation, and leading client calls.
• Oversee the generation of reports to track output against scope and present data to clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of agency or brand experience, including overseeing campaign executives.
• Native-level German speaker.
• Fluent professional English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of the social media advertising landscape, particularly in the DACH region.
• Must be located in Berlin, Germany.
