What you will do

• Own and execute the TikTok and German YouTube content strategy to drive reach, engagement, and community growth.
• Identify platform trends and translate them into brand-relevant content opportunities.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Production teams to deliver best-in-class social-first content.
• Manage content calendars and partner with external creators to produce engaging social content.
• Analyze performance data to derive insights and continuously optimize content.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, emerging social trends, and AI tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing TikTok and/or YouTube channels.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar creative tools.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and platform algorithms.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (hybrid).
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to content optimization.
