Senior Manager, Regional Marketing (Fintech): Building and scaling the marketing engine across the DACH region with an accent on pipeline generation, field marketing, and local ecosystem development. Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).

What you will do
- Build and execute the regional marketing strategy for the DACH market, prioritizing growth in Germany.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of field marketing programs, including flagship events and partner-led initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to translate commercial priorities into actionable marketing plans and revenue outcomes.
- Localize content and campaigns to ensure resonance with SME and Enterprise segments in the DACH region.
- Manage the regional lead journey from capture to conversion, ensuring tight alignment with sales teams.
- Analyze channel performance and funnel metrics to optimize marketing spend and strategy.
Requirements
- Native-level or very strong German language skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Significant B2B marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology sectors.
- Proven track record of building integrated marketing plans that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Must be able to work from the Berlin office three days per week.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM and marketing automation tools.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling a regional marketing function or serving as an early in-market hire.
- Deep understanding of the DACH business landscape and local founder/finance ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with modern B2B marketing stacks including attribution and analytics.
