Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (minimum 3 days per week in-office)

Salary: $106,000 - $148,000

What you will do

• Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and document data and reporting requirements for regulatory submissions.
• Translate complex regulatory rules into clear functional specifications and configuration approaches within the Axiom platform.
• Advise clients on industry best practices, implementation strategies, and process improvements.
• Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Interpret guidance from U.S. regulatory bodies including the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, SEC, and FINRA.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), production parallel runs, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking, broker-dealer, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products, balance sheet composition, and accounting concepts.
• Ability to read SQL and work with large datasets and data models.
• Must be located in Toronto to support the hybrid work requirement.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. regulatory areas such as Basel III, LCR, NSFR, CCAR/DFAST, or FR Y-9C.
