Business Analyst (Wealth Management)

Salary: $60,000–$100,000 CAD.

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for wealth management projects.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IS delivery teams to translate complex needs into functional solutions.
• Support project estimation, planning, and requirements prioritization within an Agile framework.
• Coordinate business readiness and change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams throughout the design and testing phases.

Requirements

• Current work authorization in Canada is required.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, wealth management, or investment management.
• Experience with private wealth or high-net-worth client business models and advisor-led workflows.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops.

Nice to have

• IIBA or Business Analysis certification.
• CSM or CSPO certification.
• Experience with Backoffice, TA, or Dealer Operating Platforms.
