Location: Hybrid in Toronto (moving to Mississauga in late 2026). Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $85,000 – $96,000 (Total annual cash compensation)

What you will do

• Design and execute primary research programs, including questionnaire design, sampling, and data collection.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into comprehensive reports and dashboards for internal partners.
• Conduct secondary research to identify financial industry trends and determine competitive positioning.
• Support retail and institutional business lines with detailed demand analysis.
• Coordinate strategic projects for the Research team, managing scheduling, collaboration, and risk reporting.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in market research, financial services, or asset management.
• University degree in business, economics, or a quantitative focus area.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for conducting sophisticated data analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication and data visualization skills.

Nice to have

• Post-graduate degree or MBA in a business or quantitative subject.
• Bilingualism in English and French.
• CSC, MRIA, CFA, CAIA, or CIM designations.
