Talent Operations Coordinator

Location: Hybrid: Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week

What you will do

• Support freelance management, including initial outreach, scheduling, and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain and update the Resourcing CRM with accurate allocations, holds, bookings, and artist details.
• Coordinate London studio operations, assisting with events, programming, and community-building strategies.
• Collaborate with global IT to resolve technical issues and enhance the overall artist working experience.
• Partner with HR and the Talent team to ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied.
• Act as an ambassador for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging (DEIB) efforts across the European Group.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or studio operations role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to keep processes organized.
• Clear and proactive communication skills with the ability to flag issues early.
• Comfortable working at pace within a fast-moving creative environment.
• The ability to work from the office 3 days per week in London.
• Passion for animation, storytelling, and supporting creative teams.
