Salary: $144,000–$216,000

What you will do

• Coordinate the spec-driven product launch process from ideation to delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different stakeholders and development stages.
• Set timelines, hold cross-functional partners accountable, and communicate product readiness to leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Enablement, Legal, and Marketing to drive decision-making.
• Develop first-draft materials for product enablement and marketing.
• Act as a proxy for Product Managers, representing priorities and making decisions in their absence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, specifically in building or maturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, cross-stage workstreams with precision.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions with partial information.
• Proven track record of driving timelines and holding stakeholders accountable.
• Strong organizational skills and aptitude for leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
