What you will do

• Maintain a comprehensive view of all marketing initiatives, including strategic GTM programs and ongoing operational work.
• Develop portfolio management processes to balance capacity, priorities, and business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, brand initiatives, and AI transformation projects.
• Design scalable planning and execution processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and marketing workflows.
• Build executive dashboards and deliver compelling presentations to report on project health, risks, and resource needs to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field; MBA from a top-tier program is required.
• 7+ years of experience in Strategy, Marketing Operations, or Program Management.
• Proven success in managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for interacting with executive leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
