Salary: $290,000 - $365,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead roadmap execution, including intake, prioritization, and sequencing for GTM systems.
• Manage dependencies on the shared GTM platform across the seller and partner journey.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts on design and developers on technical tradeoffs and vendor evaluations.
• Establish scaling operating models for intake and planning as the portfolio grows.
• Provide visibility on commitments, risks, and progress to GTM Systems and Sales leadership.
• Integrate Claude into GTM workflows to increase efficiency for sellers and partner managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or business systems delivery.
• Experience with Salesforce-centric GTM or RevOps systems (lead, opportunity, partner, quote objects).
• Proven track record of managing delivery across multiple teams with a shared release process.
• Experience partnering with audit, controls, or compliance functions for revenue-impacting systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and translate requirements between BSAs, developers, sales ops, and finance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with lead routing/scoring platforms, CPQ, or partner relationship management (PRM).
• Background in RevOps, sales systems product management, or business systems analysis.
• Experience implementing CI/CD or release management for Salesforce.
• Familiarity with SOX ITGC or revenue controls.
