What you will do

• Design and manage digital customer journeys across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and advocacy.
• Own the execution and optimization of digital touch programs using Planhat and related platforms.
• Build automated customer campaigns, success plays, and engagement workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to create personalized customer experiences and operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate webinars, office hours, customer education programs, and digital events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and SMEs to develop content and support feature adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Programs, or Marketing Operations.
• Proficiency with Planhat, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Experience building and executing automated customer lifecycle campaigns.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in SaaS, Cybersecurity, or B2B technology.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve customer engagement.
• Specific expertise in OT/ICS Security.
