Patient Care Coordinator (Medtech)

Location: Onsite in Arcadia, CA, United States

Salary: $22.00-23.00 per hour + Sales Incentive Bonus

What you will do

• Greet patients and manage intake forms and patient files.
• Perform outbound calls to schedule follow-up tests, consultations, and evaluations.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations for patients.
• Process patient payments, prepare bank deposits, and submit daily financial reports.
• Manage clinic inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment and instruments.
• Assist with the planning and logistics of monthly community outreach events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or knowledge with hearing aids.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
