What you will do

• Analyze production processes and implement improvements that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Develop and manage process improvement, cost reduction, safety, ergonomic, and capital project portfolios.
• Support new materials, products, production lines, tooling, and equipment changes through trials, approvals, and startup activities.
• Establish process parameters, standard operating procedures, documentation, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams on problem solving, operator training, data analysis, and equipment reliability.
• Administer the CMMS system and prepare performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or mechanical engineering environment.
• Background in maintenance and familiarity with production operations.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Exposure to CMMS, SPC, machine design, machine tool technology, and AutoCAD is beneficial.
