Key Account Director (KAD) AESCULAP INC.

Location: Remote within the United States; preferred homebase in a metropolitan area with reasonable airport access, within North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, or Mississippi. Travel up to 50%.

Salary: $117,000–$158,000 per year plus commission

What you will do

• Drive profitable sales growth through conversion, penetration, and retention strategies across target health systems.
• Manage account performance against sales targets, quotas, and organizational KPIs.
• Negotiate with national, regional, and local health systems at senior levels.
• Build strategic relationships and trusted partnerships with VPs and C-suite stakeholders.
• Identify internal champions and develop influence maps across health system networks.
• Translate business strategies into clear objectives and execution tactics with sales leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–6 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the professional field and healthcare industry.
• Experience resolving complex problems with minimal supervision and sound judgment.
• Ability to coordinate with senior internal and external stakeholders across organizational lines.
• Regular and predictable attendance and willingness to travel up to 50%.
