Location: Virtual US (Remote, but requires travel up to 90% of the time)
Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 TTC

What you will do
- Develop and execute national corporate account strategies targeting the largest US IDNs and hospital systems.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite, clinical leaders, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Lead the full enterprise sales process from strategic discovery through negotiation and contract closure.
- Secure national agreements that drive recurring revenue and committed CCTA volume.
- Partner with local hospital sales representatives to enable site-level adoption and pull-through.
- Navigate complex IDN buying processes, including value analysis committees and IT/security reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales, corporate account management, or strategic account leadership.
- Proven track record of closing large healthcare enterprise agreements ($500K to $5M+).
- Experience selling medtech, healthcare AI, diagnostics, or SaaS solutions.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong business acumen for building ROI models and executive presentations.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time for some roles.
Nice to have
- Experience with CCTA, coronary artery disease, or value-based care.
- Prior success in high-growth healthcare technology companies.
- Experience creating national agreements that enable local field sales pull-through.
- Familiarity with market access and hospital implementation processes.
