What you will do

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Automotive MCU customer projects.
• Act as the primary technical interface during development, validation, and early production.
• Support MCU bring-up, peripheral configuration, BSPs, drivers, RTOS integration, and AUTOSAR Classic systems.
• Analyze and resolve hardware, software, system, security, and integration issues with customer and internal engineering teams.
• Participate in design reviews, technical workshops, hands-on debugging, and NPI support.
• Document customer issues, coordinate escalations, and relay feedback to application engineering, R&D, and product teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive electronics, embedded systems, field application engineering, application engineering, or technical support.
• Practical experience supporting customer projects, preferably with Automotive MCU platforms and peripherals such as ADC, timers, PWM, communication interfaces, and DMA.
• Experience with embedded software stacks, BSPs, peripheral drivers, and debugging tools including JTAG, trace, logging, and memory analysis.
• Understanding of body or zone controllers, radio, audio, or infotainment systems and ECU hardware/software integration.
• Basic knowledge of automotive cybersecurity, including secure boot, firmware authentication, secure communication, and key or certificate usage.
• English proficiency is required for daily technical communication, including meetings, emails, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with AUTOSAR Classic integration, automotive OEMs, or Tier-1 customers.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety requirements.
• Exposure to Automotive Ethernet switches or time-sensitive networking.
• Experience with system validation, field issue troubleshooting, GenAI, or Edge AI, including model compilation, tuning, or quantization.
