What you will do

• Own the Whoosh online content and trading plan to improve customer journeys and support commercial growth.
• Develop and execute a content strategy across product categories, seasonal events, and media campaigns.
• Manage the trade content roadmap and backlog in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams.
• Optimize digital assets and customer journeys using sales, conversion, and behavioral data.
• Lead daily and seasonal performance reviews to derive actionable insights.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of two Trade Executives.

Requirements

• Proven line management experience with a track record of coaching and developing colleagues.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience driving sales, conversion, or business growth.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret customer behavior and onsite performance data.
• Experience in digital merchandising and optimizing navigation, search, and browse flows.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders across Commercial, Product, and Operations teams.
• Must be based in the UK to support the hybrid office requirement in Welwyn Garden City.
