Lead Product Operations Manager (Product Operations): Leading the Product Group's third-party governance and supplier strategy with an accent on performance measurement, risk management, and operational efficiency. Location: Must be based in the UK (Hybrid, with offices in Glasgow, London, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and Salford).
Salary: £70,000–£90,000

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Operations Managers.
- Define and evolve the third-party governance framework for the Product Group.
- Monitor supplier performance, value, risk, and dependencies to inform strategic decisions.
- Improve engagement processes between internal Product/Engineering teams and external suppliers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
- Drive continuous improvement across supplier governance and operational ways of working.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK.
- Experience leading high-performing teams in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Proven experience managing suppliers, operational services, or technology partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple seniority levels.
- Experience designing and embedding governance, standards, or performance measures.
- Experience working with technology, digital, or engineering suppliers.
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven organizations.
- Comfortable operating in agile environments.
- Knowledge of procurement, commercial management, or supplier contracts.
- Experience building lightweight governance models.
