What you will do

• Act as product owner for key digital initiatives, owning definition, development, and delivery of a new digital proposition for part of the hirify.global group.
• Lead the product team to ensure successful delivery of high-quality digital products and services with clear outcomes and risk-aware delivery.
• Coordinate input from relevant areas, including actual users, to ensure the proposition is aligned with hirify.global policies and standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and third parties to ensure requirements and expectations are understood and met.
• Manage competing priorities by balancing a relentless drive for quality with realistic internal deadlines.
• Provide line management responsibility for a small team of digital delivery colleagues (where applicable).

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering and owning high-quality digital products that deliver customer and business benefits.
• Experience as a digital product owner, including leading delivery in an agile software development and business change environment.
• Hands-on understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools such as JIRA and Git.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to manage stakeholders with high expectations, especially when expectations conflict with what is achievable.
• Previous experience in financial services and understanding of a highly regulated environment.
