Senior Product Manager

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Customer Value): Driving new product opportunities and commercial growth across the customer journey with an accent on deep customer insight, iterative validation, and cross-functional leadership. Location: Must be based within a commutable distance of Milton Park, Oxfordshire or London, UK, with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in-person.

What you will do

• Identify and define new product opportunities based on direct customer research and behavioral data.
• Lead the design and validation of new concepts from hypothesis through to investment decisions.
• Own the commercial framing, including value proposition, business case, and success metrics.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Design, Data, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Synthesize market trends and competitive intelligence to identify whitespace and emerging customer needs.
• Influence broader product strategy and raise the quality of thinking across the leadership team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management with a focus on new product creation and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to take products from poorly defined problems to meaningful user adoption.
• Deep customer empathy built through direct, regular contact with users.
• Strong commercial instincts with a focus on business outcomes rather than just features.
• Excellent communication skills to build conviction and translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Must be able to work in-person at least 3 days per week in Milton Park or London.
