Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Must be in the office at least 3 days a week

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day website trading and optimization across various devices.
• Execute site merchandising and search optimization to improve the customer journey and drive conversion.
• Produce and analyze trade reports to track customer engagement and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate homepage, promo, and CRM processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support campaign launches and the rollout of new digital features and products.
• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies within the company culture.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working within a technology-based environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and troubleshooting ability.
• Must be able to work from the London office at least 3 days a week.
