What you will do

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and ongoing coaching to counselors to enhance professional growth and patient care.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions and develop individualized treatment plans reflecting patient goals.
• Oversee case management activities and collaborate with community providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure patient records are accurate and conduct peer chart reviews to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Lead weekly supervision meetings and mentor counselors through case consultations and performance coaching.
• Help implement new clinical programs to enhance overall patient outcomes.

Requirements

• LADC (Supervisor) certification is required.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Woodbury, MN.
• Full compliance with federal and state regulations for certification, licensure, and degree.
• Strong knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, counseling techniques, and treatment planning.
