Salary: $139,725—$209,588 USD

What you will do

• Negotiate high-volume SaaS contracts throughout the contract lifecycle to execution.
• Handle ad-hoc legal requests and provide support for the sales function.
• Manage and align key IP, commercial, and finance requirements.
• Drive compliance in day-to-day sales activities, including providing training.
• Support and update legal team templates and precedents.
• Assist with wider company projects assigned to the Commercial & Product Support team.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school required.
• Member of a State Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of commercial contracts experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Privacy, GRC, Ethics & Compliance, or ESG.
• High volume commercial transactions experience with a SaaS or other technology company.
• Experience with Ironclad.
