What you will do

• Lead end-to-end negotiations of high-value MSAs and other commercial agreements with major banks and financial institutions.
• Own negotiations with data and content providers, including data-licensing and partnership agreements.
• Advise stakeholders on legal issues and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Implement and manage hirify.global’s commercial contracting infrastructure, including legal tech tools, templates, and playbooks.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Security, and Operations teams to structure business-aligned agreements.
• Collaborate with the Head of Legal on high-impact strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• JD from a top law school.
• 3–6 years of legal experience, with a preference for top-tier law firm training (tech transactions, IP) or in-house experience at high-growth SaaS, data, or AI companies.
• Demonstrated experience owning and closing commercial agreements independently with knowledge of IP licensing, privacy, data-use rights, and AI.
• Experience implementing and managing legal tech tools.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
