Location: Hybrid in New York (3 days per week in office)

Salary: $195,000 – $240,000

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, and NDAs for major financial institutions.
• Own the full review cycle from drafting and negotiation through to closure.
• Structure risk allocation and regulatory compliance provisions calibrated to each transaction.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline complex reviews, refine legal templates, and create sales enablement materials.
• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigants in commercial transactions for senior leadership escalation.
• Partner with procurement on high-risk vendor contract reviews and support due diligence processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a technology company.
• Proven expertise in negotiating complex software or SaaS transactions.
• Active membership in good standing of a U.S. state bar (New York admission preferred).
• J.D. or LL.B degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be based in New York to support the hybrid work model.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure, technical environment.

• Background in financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto industries.
