Salary: $226,000 – $335,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CPO, pressure-testing priorities and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Shape and articulate the People organization's strategic narrative, priorities, and impact.
• Manage the organization's operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, offsites, and annual planning.
• Develop high-quality, executive-ready presentations and narratives for senior leadership.
• Lead high-priority, ambiguous, or confidential special projects from definition through execution.
• Improve information flow and connectivity across the People leadership team to resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business management, HR/People strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience in high-growth technology, fintech, or complex operating environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to enhance the quality and depth of strategic synthesis and deliverables.
• Exceptional storytelling and synthesis skills for turning complex inputs into clear narratives.
• Strong operational discipline and structured problem-solving skills.
