What you will do

• Amplify CEO impact by taking on operational burdens and executing special projects.
• Optimize the CEO's time and priorities as a critical filter for information flow.
• Drive the operating cadence of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and ensure organizational alignment.
• Manage cross-functional communication and facilitate strategic forums like Board meetings and investor updates.
• Lead high-impact special projects from ideation through execution.
• Drive the adoption of modern AI productivity tools across the leadership office to automate overhead.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in high-growth environments, tech startups (Series B/C+), or strategy consulting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior leadership.
• Data-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving and designing practical solutions.
• Proficiency in leveraging generative AI and LLMs to scale operational efficiency.
• Strong ability to build trusting relationships and drive alignment among senior leaders.
• Must be based in the US.
