What you will do

• Lead research and analysis of the mortgage technology market to identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities.
• Manage the full M&A lifecycle, including developing the M&A thesis, sourcing the pipeline, organizing diligence, and negotiating deals.
• Oversee post-merger integration and develop a Value Creation Playbook aligned with corporate methodologies.
• Manage major non-acquisition investments using the CSI initiative framework, including formal business planning and financial reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership on critical cross-functional transformation projects and new product category rollouts.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing the use of AI, Salesforce, and Snowflake across the business.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven experience in M&A strategy and full-cycle execution.
• Ability to lead complex integrations of acquired companies into existing corporate structures.
• Strong analytical skills for creating vertical-specific market maps and evaluating financial returns.
• Experience managing large-scale corporate initiatives and reporting to Senior Leadership Teams (SLT).
