What you will do

• Adjust moderate to highly complex auto insurance claims and provide service via various channels.
• Create and review estimates, supplements, and photos for accuracy and compliance.
• Document the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement process for each claim.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal business partners to ensure timely claim resolution.
• Support workload surges and catastrophe operations as needed.
• Utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve daily workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of auto claims experience writing estimates and total loss evaluations.
• 3+ years of experience using CCC Portal/estimating software.
• Knowledge of automobile parts, repair techniques, and vehicle construction.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Insurance Adjuster License.
• I-Car Platinum Designation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience with West Coast claims.
