• Handle property and inland marine claims for the assigned region.

• Manage Business Income losses and act as an initial responder for catastrophe claim events.
• Perform coverage determinations, negotiations, reserving, and settlement within established authority.
• Conduct field investigations and deploy experts to ensure accurate claim documentation.
• Travel within the territory (approximately 75% of time) using a provided company vehicle.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license in good standing and be able to drive.
• Preferred 5 years of claims experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Commercial and Personal Lines coverages.
• Proficiency in computer-based damage estimating software.
• Ability to work varying shifts.
• College degree preferred.
