What you will do

• Develop and implement people programs and policies to support US strategic objectives.
• Coach and advise leaders at all levels to improve talent outcomes and organizational culture.
• Manage labor relations, including the grievance process and labor agreement negotiations.
• Utilize HR analytics to inform data-driven decisions and talent outcomes.
• Partner with HR Centers of Expertise and Operations to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Promote and implement diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dayton, OH, US.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience working in a union environment or coordinating labor agreements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in the energy industry is preferred.
