What you will do

• Implement global HR strategy aligned with company objectives and business priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce planning.
• Manage cyclical HR processes including performance, talent, and compensation & benefits.
• Drive the local recruiting strategy and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws in the US.
• Coordinate payroll processing with external service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's/SHRM certification preferred).
• 10+ years of HR experience, including several years as an HR Business Partner in an international technical environment.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. labour, tax, and social security law (Texas experience is highly beneficial).
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a matrix organization.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Houston, Texas.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in the energy sector or with industrial service providers.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with Workday and ADP.
